Responsibilities:
* Ensure start-up and running of efficient operations within Kenya as the initial single point of contact for all internal/external customers. Make certain Benprise Client provides 24/7/365 support. Ensure the center provides exceptional customer experience to all customers.
* Manage Start up Center with standardized processes and associated metrics
* Hire and train all staff
* Point person for all new business deployments
* Participate in Business Development
* Provide Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews to Investors and Benprise LLC
Requirements:
* Must have at least four (4+) years demonstrated experience successfully managing Offshore Call Centers, preferably some in Africa
* Bachelor's degree
* Ability to calmly and effectively lead during start up
* Skill in providing an exceptional customer experience
* Ability to lead team members, foster their professional development and growth, and promote teamwork and cooperation.
* Skill in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs.
* High level knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Outlook, Cisco networking, VPNs, VoIP concepts, monitoring tools such as Orion Solarwinds and IPMON, general LAN/WAN architecture knowledge sufficient to understand and train Operators on network environments in the Call Center.
* Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and customers.
* Ability to collaborate with engineering and operations groups.
* Understands software architecture/engineering as it relates to IT infrastructure and network operations in a Contact Center/BPO
* Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize and allocate resources in a dynamic, strategic and execution-oriented manner. Can manage, and be tactical down to the detail, is highly organized.
* Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes
