Benprise and int@j Announce the Initiation of The SPOT ® Performance Maturity Model ™ to Certify Two Leading Jordanian ICT Companies
The Information Technology Association of Jordan - int@j with support from the Jordan Economic Development Program coordinated a contract for two Jordanian companies, Extensya and CrystelCall, to implement The SPOT ® Performance Maturity Model TM world class Certification program. They will be the first call centers in the region to participate in this program, the result of which will provide them with a mechanism for self-assessment as well as an international compliance/certification model. The program began in August 2010, with certification expected by the end of January 2011.
